Lisa, our very first employee, joined XL as a sales executive with no experience in B2B sales. After completing multiple development courses, and with the mentoring of our directors, Lisa graduated to business development manager. Returning from maternity leave, Lisa was promoted to sales manager and further progressed to head of sales. Lisa now coaches and develops her own team of sales executives.
Emma joined the XL family in 2016 as a complaint’s handler. She has worked hard to change the way we deliver customer service experience to revolutionise the service standard in our industry. Emma was promoted to team leader, then to manager and now, she is our head of customer service. Her passion for delivering service excellence can be seen every day within her team.
Holly joined team XL as an incredibly talented exhibition stand designer in 2016. Recognising her raw talent, she was promoted to senior designer of her team. Returning from maternity leave, Holly has since been promoted to head of graphic design with a large team of designers under her wing. She coaches and mentors her team to using her extensive design experience & knowledge.
Lisa joined XL Displays in 2014 as a marketing assistant. Although she had worked in marketing before, she had no experience with e-commerce marketing. Lisa has worked hard to earn her position within XL family as marketing manager. Her real passion is new product development & being a part of the marketing & sales strategy that helps build the business up and drive it forward.
Alex’s incredible eye for print and previous experience within the industry meant that he was able to hit the ground running when he joined XL and manage a large print room. Alex developed his knowledge further and took control of our textile print facility, learning new skills within a new realm of manufacturing for XL. Alex’s hard work and passion for print saw him promoted of print manager.
Dan joined XL Displays as a print finisher in 2015 having had previous experience in the print industry. He completed a level two and three managerial course and is now our production team leader who is responsible to managing the team and day to day operations within manufacturing room. He oversees quality control to ensure everything that is dispatched is of the highest quality.
Rob was once our tablecloth guru who was single-handedly responsible for manufacturing a phenomenal number of tablecloths each year for our customers. Rob’s hard work and dedication has seen him promoted to warehouse manager where he now runs our warehouse operations, organises stock and customer despatches.
Paul joined our team in 2017 as a certified accountant with considerable experience and knowledge. Paul’s wealth of knowledge and many years of experience as an accountant has provided XL Displays with a hands-on approach and experience in resource management and policy formulation in a growing business.
